Donate to help unleash the potential of youth in Baltimore and beyond

CLIA trains Baltimore City youth to be leaders and advocates and advances positive community change through public policy. CLIA’s Leadership Development and Advocacy training programs equip Baltimore City youth with the skills necessary to lead effectively and advocate for positive change in their schools, neighborhoods, and city. CLIA also leads the Just Kids Campaign, a statewide advocacy campaign working to stop the automatic prosecution of youth as adults in Maryland.
